That as recommended by the Director of Communtty
Pianning in his memorandum of May 2ist, 1987 a Development
Varlance Perm!it be approved to relax the Zoning Bylaw
section 906 (1) (TTI) to permit a pump Itstand with!In a
flanking front yard. °

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to Instructions !ssued by the Counc!! at Its
meeting of May 25th, 1987 the owners and residents of —
property surrounding the subject property have been advised.
that Counc!|! are considering Issuance of this Development
Varlance Permit at Its meeting of June 22nd, 1987.
Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions.
