A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Goquitiam, tn open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Those Certain parcels of !and situated In Port Coquitlam, British Columbta which
is more particuiarly described as:

Blocks 13, 14 and 15

1 District Lot 232

Group One

New Westminster District i

is hereby rezoned from RS~1 (Single Family Residential) to RS-1A (Single Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, .
1979, No. 1651" is heraby amended to reflect this rezoning.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquittam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, Now 2230",
