BYLAW NO. 2176 a:

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those certain parcels of tand situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which
are particularly described as:

Those portions of. Lots 2,3,4, and 5, Plan 6269; and Lots 1,2,3,4,5, and 6,
Plan 6358; lying North of the Highway shown on Statutory Right-of-Way Plan
68301 (Mary Hil! Bypass); in District Lots 231 and 232, New Westminster
District; now zoned RS-2 (Singie Family Residential) . :

are heredy rezoned to RS~] (Single Family Residential) and the Zoning Map of the
"City of Port Coquitiam" Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to
reflect this rezoning. a,

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, which
are more particularly described as:

Those portions of Lots 2, 3, and 5, Plan 6269; and Lots 1, 2, and 3,: Plan
6358; lying South of the Highway shown on Statutory Right-of-Way Plan 68301
(Mary Hill Bypass); in District Lots 231 and 232, New Westminster District;
now zoned RS-2 (Single Family Residential)

are hereby rezoned to C-1 (Local Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the "City of
Port Coquitlam" Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" js hereby amended to reflect this
rezoning. ;

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

That portion of Lot 4, Plan 6269; lying South of the Highway shown on
Statutory Right-of-Way Plan 68301 (Mary Hil! Bypass); in District Lot 232,
New Westminster District; now zoned RS-2 (Single Family Residential)

is hereby rezoned to C-3 (Community Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the "City
of Port Coquitiam" Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect
this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for al| purposes as the "City of Port Coquittam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1986, No. 2176",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 5th day of Mav, 1986.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council! this 5th day of May, 1986.
