SUBJECT: McLean Park ~ chain link fence

Resommendation:

1. That the chain link fence on the south end of the park be
extended to the east side of the park.

2. That the monies for the fence be taken from the parks
unallocated budget.

Background. & Comments:

Part of the chain link fencing which was erected several years
ago is on private property. The owner has indicated that he‘ will
be removing it due to the fact that he wishes to plant bushes at
the back of his property. The Committee recognized that it is
essential to continue the fencing on the south side because of
soccer balls going into the back yards, The estimated cost to do
the fence is $2,800.00
