Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Farnworth: WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated; NOW THEREFORE be It resolved that: 1. The easterly 0.7685 ha (1.899 acres) of Lot 6, District Lot 232, Group One, Flan 68514, New Westminster District, be sold to Sunset Holdings Ltd., 304 - 6th Street, New Westminster, B.C. V3L 3A6 at or for the price or sum of $162,965.00; 2. The adjustment date be May Ist, 1986, or earlier; 3. The possession date be May Ist, 1986, or earlier; 5. The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto. Carried.
