Corporation of the City of Port Coquittam held on this 16th day of December, 1985.

"Moved by Alderman

WHEREAS by Bylaw No. 2151 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam cited
8s the "Harbour Street (Plan 2111) Road Closure Bylaw, 1985, No. 2151" @ certain
portion of Road therein described located In the City of Port Coquitiam in the
Province of British Columbia was stopped up and closed +o traffic;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitiam be authorized to petition the Minister of Municipal Affairs
of the Province of British Columbia praying on behalf of the City for abandonment of
the said portion of Road and Lane described in Bylaw No. 2151 and the vesting of the
title of the land'comprising the same in The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam.
