DRAFT RESOLUTION |

Whereas the lands hereinafter described are not required for |

munfcilpal purposes nor are they reservad or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Parcel! 4 (Bylaw Plan 68320), except the North 0.5 m
thereof, Olstrict Lot 480, Group One, Plan 20844, New
Westminster District, tocated east of 1651 Lougheed
Htghway, Port Coqultiam, 8,C. be sold to George
Karamanolls, 7506 ~ 12th Avenue, Burnaby, B.C., at or for ‘
the price or sum of $28,361.74;

2 The adjustment date be April 30th, 1985; or eariier;

36 The possession date be April 30th, 1985; or earlier;

4, The Mayor ang Clerk are authorized to execute the
documents necessary for the purpose aforesald and to affix
the Corporate Seal of the City trhereto;

SUBJECT: to the registration on the title to the sald property

ot a Restrictive Covenant, Easement, Right-of-Way, or other

document granting right of access to the proparty to the
