Right-of-Way at 1772/76 Broadway

We have received a letter from the Solicitor acting for Viam Holdings Limited
asking that the City release a Right-of-Way held over the above noted property.

Our City Engineer, Mr. F.E. Peters, reports that the Right-of-Way was in use
for a drainage ditch which is no longer required due to the installation of
a storm sewer and he recommends that the Right-of-Way be released.

Accordingly, we would suggest that Council give consideration to passage of the
following resolution:

"That the Right-of-Way in favour of the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam registered in the New Westminster Land Title Office under No. G23409
over that part of Lot 35, District Lot 288, Group One, Plan 38943 shown outlined
red on Right-of-Way plan No. 38944 be and the same is hereby released and
discharged; ,

SUBJECT to the said Right-of-Way remaining in effect with respect to Lots 32 and
34;

* AND THAT his Worhship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the
necessary documents for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the City's Corporate
Seal thereto."
