Laking, Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, E.W. Mabbett, P.F. Ranger, L.M. Traboulay and M.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng., Assistant City Engineer L. Melnechenko, P. Eng., City Planner L. Lee, City Treasurer J.G.S. Maitland, Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, Deputy Fire Chief J.N. Boileau, Works & Utilities Superintendent G.W. Ulmer and Mrs. D.L. Vyse. CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES: Alderman Ranger advised that on page 2 of the minutes regarding Minutes: December 10/79. discussion held during the Zoning Public Hearing the street name "Lancaster Street" mentioned in two paragraphs should read "Kitchener Avenue". Alderman Wright stated on page 13 of the minutes regarding the meeting to be heid to discuss the Minnekhada Ranch the date of the meeting should read December 12th, 1979 in place of December 19th, 1979 as it now reads. i i { : é { | Moved by Alderman Traboulay: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That the minutes of the regular meeting of this Council held on December 10th, 1979 be taken as corrected and adopted.
