F. Design will allow for wheelchairs

G. Wall to wall carpeting in foyer and office areas
H. Furnishings to include the following:

Tables and chairs for hall area
Electronic sound equipment for hall area
Fully equipped kitchen

PRIMARY PURPOSE AND USAGE:

Sports clubs

Homens centre

Air & Sea Cadets

Brownies & Guides

Social functions

PROPOSED LOCATION:

On the northern corner of Shaughnessy and the Lougheed Highway between
Manning Avenue and Fraser Avenue adjacent to the Coquitlam River.

PROPOSED COST OF CONSTRUCTION:

A. Cost estimate of building including parking and
landscaping (but excluding the land) $95,000.

B. To furnish the building as previously described $20,000.
PROPOSED FINANCING:

Building

a. Kinsmen $20,000,
-b. Federal Government Grants 25,000.
