A "Xefghbourhood Pub” to be operated in accord with the regulations
of the Liquor Control and Licensing Branch of the Ministry of Consuser and
Corporate Affairs of the Province of British Columbia and such uses as are
permitted in areas of the City zoned M~3 (Special Industrial).

All building shall be constructed in accord with the plana annexed

hereto which said plans fora part of this Schedule.

A "Neighbourhood Pub" -to be operated in accord with the regulation
of the Liquor Control and Licensing Branch of the Ministry of Consuzer
Corparate Affairs cf the Province of British Colucbia and such uses as
permitted in the areas of the City zoned ¥-3 (Special Industrisl)

Tt 4s understood and agreed between the Developer and the Munieipalicy
that the development may be phased ard that tha construcciss
Pub" may comnence inuediately upon registrerion of this Land Use Contract ta
she New Westminster Land Registry Office and Assuance of the necessary bellding
permit therefor and that construction of the bulldings for M-3 use ray follow.
ALL buildings and structures shall be constructed sevictly in accerd

with the Plans annexed hereto, which said Plans form part of this Schedsle and:

{a} ‘ Any changes in the building and structural plans shall be sudjece zo
and receive the approval of tke Council to be expressed by resolution
price to the issuance of any building perait;’ and furcher
Minor alterations to the plans so approved by the Council tay be

permitted and approved by the Building Inspector.
