The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on
Monday, June 26th, 1978 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed
by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918":

By-law No. 1610: to rezone:

‘Lot "C", Block 8 of District Lot 232, Group One, Plan 6314 EXCEPT
FIRSTLY: Parcel 1 (Explanatory Plan 17409) and

SECONDLY: Part subdivided by Plan 35911
New Westminster District

from RS-2 (One Family Suburban Residential) to RS-1 (One~Family
Residential).

This property is located at 1491 Pitt River Road and after the
rezoning procedures have been completed it is expected that

the property will be subdivided to create an additional residential

lot.

A copy of the Proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the

hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - on working days ~ from June 15th to June

26th, 1978.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed by-laws shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public
Hearing on matters contained in the by-laws.
