This property is located at 1491 Pitt River Road and after the rezoning procedures have been completed it is expected that the property will be subdivided to create an additional residential lot. A copy of the Proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - on working days ~ from June 15th to June 26th, 1978.
