‘Plan.& Zon.Comm. From the Planning & Zoning Committee, September ist, 1977, recommending

‘re Appln. SS#2/77
: that Application SS#2/77 to subdivide by strata plan an existing duplex

located at 2376-2388 Kitchener Street, and legally described as Lot 142,

D.Ls. 380 & 465, Plan 4344, be rejected due to the subject building

being less than the minimum distance of 600' rom the next duplex on the
same side of the street as required by the Zoning By-law.

That as recommended in a report from the Planning & Zoning Committee,
September Ist, 1977, Application SS#2/77 to subdivide by strata plan an
existing duplex located at 2376-2388 Kitchener Street, and legally

described as Lot 142, D.Ls. 380 & 465, Plan 4344, be rejected due to

non-conformity with the Zoning By-law of the subject building as it is

less than the required minimum 600! distance from the next duplex on the

same side of the street, Carried.

Sign to be quite useful, Alderman Traboulay agreed that his motion

above-stated should be withdrawn.

Ald. Traboulay re Alderman Traboulay inquired as to when the Official Opening for the

Official Cpening-
N/S Fire Hall North Side Fire Hall would be held, and Alderman Thompsen advised that

that facility was opened without ceremony and is now in operation.
