Between September 13-17, residents of all lower Mainland municipalities will be able to call a Special telephone number to get their derelict vehicle removed. Vehicles will be picked up and recycled by Richmon Steel Recycling Ltd. at no cost. Outdoors Unlittered will coordinate all activities, including the processing of legal release forms for vehicles to be removed and recycled. We will require your municipality's assistance however, with the removal of vehicles from public land and from private land where the vehicle does not belong to the owner of the land. Many municipalities, through police or licensing departments, have authority to order removal of such vehicles, We do not anticipate any legal problems but would like to be fully prepared should an occasion arise. teeeeeed This paper Is made from reclaimed waste. ,
