Province as aforesaid, (hereinafter referred to as “the Lessor") OF THE ONE PART CAN-ARENA ADS INC., a body corporate, duly incorporated under the laws of the Province of British Columbia, having its registered office situate at Suite 400, 713 Columbia Street, in the City of New Westminster, in the Province as aforesaid, (hereinafter referred to as "the Lessee") OF THE OTHER PART WITNESSETH that in consideration of the rents, covenants and mutual agreements hereinafter stipulated, reserved, and contained on the part of the Lessee, the Lessor doth hereby demise, lease and exclusively grant unto the Lessee for the purpose of the placement and location of sign display advertising only, all those portions of each and both arena buildings situate and to be situate in the City of Port Coquitlam, in the Province as aforesaid, and more particularly known as: Lot One Hundred Four (104) of District Lot Two Hundred Bighty-nine (289), Group One (1), Plan 37752, New Westminster District (hereinafter referred to as "the demised premises") and said portions of the interior portion of the demised premises being described and set forth as hereinafter provided.
