Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Fort Coquitlam, B. C. on Monday, January
28th, 1974 at 7:36 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend
the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918":
By-law No. 1295: to rezone: .
(a) The South 127.5' of Lot 2 of Lot 380, Group One,
Flan 6234, EXCEPT the West 160' (Explanatory Plan
16459) thereof and EXCEPT the East 33' thereof
‘shown on Plan with By-law Filed 49558; and
(b) The West 160' (Explanatory Plan 16459) of the
South 127 5‘ of Lot 2, of Lot 380, Group One,
Pian 6234; oo
-all in New Westminster District, from RS-1 (One-Family Residential)
to CS-1 (Service Commercial).
The above~noted property has the civic addresses of 3350 Lougheed
‘Highway and 2706 Lougheed Highway and following completion of the
reztning procedures it is expect that che property will be used for
‘parking area and lumber storage as part of the Beave Lumber Co. Ltd.
_ store 3380 Lougheed Highway.
_4& copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the
hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - on working days - from January 17th to January
28th, 1974.
All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
“proposed by-law shall be afforded an Opportunity to be heard at the Public
