RE: Fencing ~ C.P. Rail Property

We find that we have a real safety problem in the area of the south end of the
. Lyons Park with children running through the park and up on to the tracks.

I would therefore move

, "That the City of Port Coquitlam notify C.P. Rail that a fence is required
iimediately along the north side of the C.P. Rail Right-Of-Way between Shaughnessy
Street Underpass and the Coquitlam River Bridge adjacent to the Lyons Park."
