Gentlemen:

This unit: of the Royal Canadian Sea Cadets
has had their annual Inspection scheduled for Wednes-~
day, 9th of May, 1973 at 7 PM,

We would like to request the following
assistance from the city.

1. Tkht this function be attended by his
Worship and council or that a representative of
The City Council attend the inspecting party.

Ze That Chester St. be blocked off for
traffic between Coquitlam Ave., and Grant St.
between 630 PM and 830 PH on Wednesday 25 April,
on Wednesday 2 iiay (same times) and between 6Pi
and 8PM Wednesday 9 May 1973. The first two
dates are to allow for rehearsels. The road signs
could be dropped off behind the Africultural Hall
and we would assume the responsibility of placing
and removing them.

3» That the portable bleacherspresently
at the soccer field be moved to Chester Street
beside the swimming poo® on Wednesday 9th of May.

You will realize that this Unit's
"Annual Inspection" is our "high Point" of the
year and any assistance in making this event a
succes would be warmly appreciated.
