3 +, rth AUG 22 1004 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembied, enacts as follows: 1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No. 2914". That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lot A District Lot 232 Group One Plan 20589 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from C-1 (Local Commercial) to CD (Comprehensive Development) and "yes the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended (ely abe to reflect this rezoning. Notwithstanding the "Uses Permitted". described under "Part XII - Comprehensive Development Zone" of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", the uses permitted within the aforementioned land shall be restricted to those listed in Schedule I which is attached hereto and forms part of this Bylaw. Notwithstanding the "Conditions of Uses" described under "Part XU - Comprehensive Development Zone" of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", the provisions under subsections (2) Height of Buildings, (3) Lot Coverage, (4) Front Yard, (5) Side Yard and (6) Rear Yard Part IX Section 901 "CORNER STORE" (C-1)" of the Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" shall apply to all uses permitted within the aforementioned land.
