Moved by Alderman faking: Seconded by Alderman Traboulay: Approving Officer Oct. 13/77 re frontage ‘ in RS-1 Zone. That the proposal to reduce minimum parcel frontages for the RS-1 Residential Zone as set:‘out in the memorandum from the Approving Officer, October 13th, 1977, be approved; AND THAT the City Clerk be instructed to prepare the necessary amending By-law to the City's Subdivision of Land By-law. Prior to passage of the resolution Alderman Ranger spoke against the resolution and advised that in his opinion consumers were not getting their money's worth with a small lot.
