That Rezoning Application No. 60/93 for 2441 Gillespie Street be approved to proceed for
rezoning from RS-2 (Smail Lot Residential) to RT-1 (Two Family Pesidential) under Section
963 of the Municipal Act subject to:

a) Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements;
b) Satisfaction of Building Department requirements at the time of Building Pexmit.
c) The project being subject to the 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges;

d) Registration of a restrictive covenant on the properties to attach the approved drawings to
the property.

Pitt River Road.

That Rezoning Application No. 61/93 for 1265 Pitt River Road be approved to proceed for
rezoning from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) under Section 963 of
the Municipal Act subject to:

a) Completion of a subdivision design to the satisfaction of the Director’ . Planning;

Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements,

Satisfaction of Building Department requirements at the time of Building Permit.

_The project being subject to the 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges;

Satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation concerns regarding protection of existing trees;

Registration of a restrictive covenant on the properties to prevent new buildings from being
converted to contain secondary suites;and

Registration of a No Build Restrictive Covenant for portions of Lots 1 and 2 which will be
used for future subdivision in conjunction with property to the south.
