That this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: Completion of a subdivision design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements; Satisfaction of Building Department requirements at the time of Building Permit; The project being subject to the 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges; and Registration of a restrictive covenant on the properties to prevent new buildings from being converted to contain secondary suites. BACKGROUND: This application is to rezone the property at 2159 Salisbury Avenue from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) to permit a 2 lot subdivision.
