BYLAW NO. 2975

A Bylaw to Amend the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117".

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is amended by
inserting therein, in its correct alphabetical order, No Parking at
Anytime, along the south side of Pooley and the eastside of Knappen along

the boundary of Kilmer School.

Clause (a) of Seation 8 of Schedule “A” of the Bylaw is further amended by
inserting therein, in its correct alphabetical order, No Parking at
Anytime, on both sides of the lane west of Shauhnessy Street between Lions
Way and the CPR tracks; No Parking at Anytime, on Oughton Drive from the
southwest corner of Lot 216 to the southwest corner of Lot 217, Plan 27191.

Clause (c) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is amended by
{nserting therein the following as Section 26 and 27:

“96, Limited Time Parking ~ 3 hours ~ 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to
Saturday.

27. Parking Prohibited from 8:00 p.m. Co 6:00 a.m. - on each and every
day."

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is further amended by
inserting therein, in its correct alphabetical order, Limited Time Parking
~ 3 hours - 7:00 am. to 6:00 pem., Monday to Saturday, on bothsides of
Battistoni Place.

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is further amended by
inserting therein, in its correct alphabetical order, Parking Prohibited
from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 aom. ~ on each and everyday:

Clause (b) of Section 8 of Schedule 'A" of the Bylaw is amended by
inserting therein, geetion "(vi)":

"(vi) Four parking stalls in the east section of the parking lot closest
to the Legion Building in the City owned parking lot west of the
Legion Building."

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is further amended by
deleting therefrom, Jimited Time Parking ~ L hour - 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Monday te Saturday. .
