A regular meeting of the Muntcipal Council of the Corporation of The City
of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall,
2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, March 25th, 1991, at
7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Aldermen M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon,
R.H. Talbot and M.R. Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer I.R.

Zahynacz, Director of Planning C.R. Felip, Fire Chief J. Baillie and Director
of Personnel V. van Meel.

SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS:

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay presented Girl Cuide Citizenship Badges
to Jennifer Fulton, Denise Kendrick, Julie Schiller, Katherine Henham and
Selena Ligatt.

That the minutes of the Public Hearing and regular Council meeting held on
March 18th, 1991, be taken as read and adopted.

That the “Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, Noe. 2240, Amendment Bylaw,
1991, No. 2569" be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.

Carried.

That Bylaw No. 2571 be read a third time.
