approved. .

2. That the estimated cost of $9,800 for this equipment be funded from the
Unallocated 1990 Public Works Capital Budget.

Project Phase 2 Works.

1, Advise the Fraser River Harbour Commission that the area proposed for
a Marina and the area proposed for a residents deck for the "Citadel
Landing Development" is not appropriately zoned to permit these uses;

2. Advise the Fraser River Harbeur Commission and Richard Lane
Investments Incorporated, current owners of Citadel Landing
development, that the Municipal Council will not support any
approvals for the construction of a Marina or a Residents Deck for
the referenced project.
