RESOLUTION:

Moved by Alderman Farnworth:
Seconded by Alderman Laking:

WHEREAS by Bylaw No. 2437 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
cited as the "Essex Avemie (Plan 2797) Road Closure Bylaw, 1989, No. 2437” a
certain portion of road therein described located in the City of Port
Coquitlam in the Province of British Columbia was stopped up and closed to

traffic;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation
of the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petition the Minister of
Municipal Affairs of the Province of British Columbia praying on behalf of the
City for abandonment of the said portion of road described in Bylaw No. 2437
and the vesting of the title of the land comprising the same in Donald Murray
Towner and Laura Lee Christine Towner, 3801 Ulster Street, Port Coquitlam,

B.C., V3B 5X7.

From the City Engineer, June 22nd, 1989 regarding Road Construction
Priorities - Revenue Sharing Highways Grant.

seconded by Alderman Stewart:

That the City Engineer's report dated June 22nd, 1989 regarding Road
Construction Priorities - Revenue Sharing Highways Grant be withdrawn from the

Agenda.
And That the original priorities set by Council remain in place.

From the City Engineer, June 2lst, 1989 regarding Multi-Party Agreement
for Sewerage Works ~ Westview/Genstar.

seconded by Alderman Farnworth:

That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the agreement
attached to the Council agenda for this meeting, for the construction of
Sewerage works, to service the Westview Heights cand Genstar Lands, located at
the southwest quadrant of Mary Hill.
