From the City Clerk, April 14th, 1988 re: Development Variance Perric No.
22/88 for 1070 Fraserview Street.

No one was present to speak regarding the Development Variance Permit.

That as xrccommended by the Director of Community Planning in = his
memorandum of March 23rd, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
approved relaxing Lot 39 requirements of the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 Section 801
RS-l Zoning District, Subsection (7), rear yard setback requirements by 2.45

metres (8 feet).
