RECOMMENDATION:

That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw
rezoning Parcel 1, Section 6, Twp 40, NWLD Plan 74499, from

RS-1 to RS-2.

This application is to rezone the subje property toa
scilitate its subdivision. It is the owner's intention to
aubdivide of a small tot from the east end of the property at
his time. At a ltater date, by relocating the house, the
emainder of the property can be subdivided into two loTSe

community Plan objectives for infill development. Council
snould note there are other properties in the vicinity along
Patricia that also can be subdivided in a similar pattern.
This application is the first request for an RS~2 Small Lot
designation in the area.
