DEMISE

1. The Landlord hereby grants and demises to the Tenant a

Lease of the Premises for 4 period of one year, commencing from
September 15, 1987,

RENT

2. The rent payable pursuant to this Lease ghall be

$900.00 per month, payable in

advance on the fifteenth day of
each month.

LANDLORD'S COVENANTS

3. (a) The Landlord covenants and agrees to provide quiet

enjoyment of the Premises for so long as all covenants and

agreements contained in the Lease are adhered to and

complied
with by the Tenant,

(>) The Landlord agrees that the Tenant may from time
to time use other portions of the Kilmer House not

included
within the Premises leased to the T

enant hereunder, provided that
such is requested by the Tenant of the Landlord's

Parks and
Recreation Director in advance a:J agreed to by the

Landlord.

; (c) The Landlord agrees

to supply materials required
in the event the Tenant repairs the Premises in accordance with

this Lease Agreement.

TENANT'S COVENANTS

The Tenant hereby covenants and agrees:
