That the Planning Committee recommend to City Council that approva!}
be extended for relaxation of the requirements of the Zoning Bylaw No.
2240, Section 808, RM-4, Apartment, Subsection (6) Side yards from 7.5
metres to 5.8 metres and Subsection (7) Rear Yard from 7.5 metres to 3
metres.

And That relaxation be extended for the requirements of the
Development Management Bylaw No. 2242, Section (5) Off Street Parking (b)
Multiple Family Dwellings from 33 parking stalls to 29 parking stalls.

Carried.

C-2 to RM-5.

AND THAT Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a rezoning
bylaw amending Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, including a new RM-5 High Density
