RECOMMENDATION:

That Council, at its meeting of January 12, 1987, hear the
delegation as requested.

BACKGROUNO AND COMMENTS:

We are advised that Mr. Tom Germscheid, 2543 Patricia Avenue,
Port Coquitlam, 6.C., the prospective purchaser of the above
notec property, along with the owner thereof, wishes to address
Council at its meeting of January 12th and this matter will be

placed on tne Agenda as a "Late item.

A copy of the Director of Community Planning's report on this
subject as was considered at the Council meeting of January
5th, 1987 follows this memorandum and Council members wil!
recall that at that meeting the recommendation contained

therein was not adopted.
