BYLAW NO, 2185

A Bylaw to provide for the exemption from taxation for the calendar year 1987 of
certain real property held by the Kinsmen Club of Port Coquitiam for recreational

purposes.

WHEREAS the Kinsmen Club of Port Coquitiam lease certain property owned by the
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and use that property for recreastional

purposes;

AND WHEREAS itt is desired to exempt the said property from taxation for the
calendar year 1987;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Councli of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1, That parcel of real property, together with the Improvements situated thereon,
known as "That part of Lot 91, District Lot 464, Group One, Pian 52852, New
Westminster District shown on Explanatory Plan 65840", is hereby declared to be exempt
trom taxation for the calendar year 1987 to the extent provided in Section 400 of the

Municipal Act.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Kinsmen Community Buliding
Leased Property Exemption From Taxation Bylaw, 1986, No. 2185",

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by a vote in favour thereof of at least
two-thirds of all the members of the Municipal Councl| of The Corporation of the City

of Port Coquitlam this day of 1986.
