Nete: At present there are 177 FTE in-the F.V.R.L. system, the additional 6.5 .FTE therefore represent an increase in staff of 3.6%. Once again, the attached Provincial Statistics would indicate that the F.V.R.L. is an efficient operation as far as staff is concerned, i.e. the lowest cost for lending a book.
