FROM: Land Sales Committee, : The Land Sales Committe met on Tuesday October 7th and discussed the following items:- i. Sale of Residential Lots - 1792 Coquitlam Avenue ~ 1791 Suffolk Street Council previously agreed to the sale of these two residential lots and asked the Committee to sat an upset price. Council may recall that these were recently the subject of a Re«zoning Public Hearing and the residents of the area request that these be sold only for the construction of single family dwellings. ‘The Committee has had an appraisal prepared and recommends that the lot on Coquitlam Avenue be offered for sale at an upset price of $40,000 and the lot on Suffolk Strect be offered at an upset price of $42,000, In addition the notices advertising the sale should state that the properties are being offered solely for the construction of single family dwellings and the title will not pass until @ingle family residences are under construction. 2- Disposal of Road Allowances ~ Killarney Street In connection with the application from Cressey Development Corporation for a residential subdivision off Victoria Drive, the Committes was asked to determine a price for the closed road allowances within this area. The Committee recommends the price of $2.00 per square foot for any land being conveyed,
