i. The Zoning. Map of The Corp ration of the City of Port Coquttian,

“ boing Schedule "A" of the "City of Port -Coquitiam Zening By-law, 1979, -No.
1651" is amended. by removing the Zone Designation of RS-2 assigned to Lots

270 to 276, inclusive, of a Plan of Subdivision in process of Lots 10 and
Ll,-portions of Lots 12 to 39 (inclusive), Bleck 8, Plan 2137 and the

0.0168 tha. and 0.0291 ha portions shown outlined green on the plan attached

to the "Ryan/HMershall Plan 2137 Road Exchange By-law, 1979, No. 1722", ail

of District Lot 255, Croup One, New Westminster District, prepared by

Rebert M. Reese, B.C.L.S. of ¥.C. Goudal and Associates, British Columbia

land Surveyors, under Job Number C-2836-79C, and assigning the Zone

Designation of: :

(a) RS-1: to Lots 270, 272, 273, 274, 275, and 276 thereof; and,
. . a
(b) RT-1: to Lot 271 thereof.

2. A copy of the Plan of Subdivision in process referred to in Section 1

3. This By-law may be cited for all pucposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam

"Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1979, No. 1724".
