Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution, a brief discussion ensued concerning the proposed frontage road and access routes to the property and it was confirmed by the Developer that the frontage road would extend the full length of the property and the City Engineer indicated that the Department of Highways had agreed to construction of the said frontage road and further that the City would be responsible for its future maintenance. It was mentioned that the question of closing access to Angelo Avenue was still before the Land Sales Committee. Alderman Mabbett introduced a By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Fire Prevention By-law, 1968, No. 902".
