3. The days and the times of those days upon which it is proposed to
have the fire burning:

Propose to burn, as weather permits, November 22 to December 10, 1977.

Fires will be stoked during the working shift 8 AM to 4:30 P.M.

and burn during night. ‘This method contains fire during night.

A large track type hydraulic backhoe and track type front end loader

are on site to pile woou on fire and to prevent any spread of

fire. Site is now accessable by newly constructed gravel road.

6. Whether or not some special method of combustion is proposed t to
promote a "smokeless" fire:
