Gentlemen:

Re: Greater Coquitlam Volunteer Bureau

I have been instructed by the School District No. 43
Joint Family Division Committee, to advise that at the
regular meeting of the Committee held on April 12th, 1978,
the following resolution was passed:

"That the Secretary of the School District No. 43 Joint
Family Division Committee be directed to write to the Municipal
Councils of the District of Coquitlam, the City of Port
Coquitlam, the City of Port Moody, and to the Board of
School Trustees, School District No. 43 indicating that,
following the presentation to the Committee by Ms. Paulette
Mossop, Co-ordinator of the Greater Coquitlam Volunteer
Bureau, in support of her request for funds, the Committee
has made.a donation of $100. to the Bureau;

AND THAT further, the Committee recognizes the need of
the Bureau for new premises and would request that the
Municipal Councils and the School Board provide any assistance
possible in aiding the relocation of the offices of the
Greater Coquitlam Volunteer Bureau."
