November lst, 1976 Alderman Traboulay referred to a letter from the Administrator, Agricultural Environmental Control, concerning the "calves" problem in the North-east agriculturel area of the City, and advised that further correspondence is expected from the Department of Agriculture in Abbotsford i thereon. ; Alderman ! Traboulay re '77 Alderman Traboulay inquired regarding preparations for the 1977 May |May Day preparations Day Celebrations, and the City Administrator advised this usually commences in January. Mayor Campbell advised that the subject of May Day would be discussed at the Finance Committee meeting this Thursday, and a report submitted to Council next week. Ald. Moved by Alderman Traboulay: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That the Provincial Government be asked to investigate the feasibility of constructing a pedestrian overpass on the Lougheed Highway at Hastings Street in Port Coquitlam.
