Coquitlam, in open neeting assembled, enacts as follows:
iL The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitian,
being Schedule “A" of the "City of Port Coquitlan Zoning By-law, 1969, He.

918" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of RY-2 Ctedium-Density

Apartment Residential) assigned to Lot 2 and Lots 36 to 39, inclusive, Block

21, District Loc 464, Group One, Plan 2363, New Westminster District, and
assigning the Zone Designation of C-3 (Flint Avenue Commercial) to tho said
propecty.
This By-law nay be cited for oll purposes as the "City of Port

No, 918".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Pore
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the “ity of Port Coquitlsa,
being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-lav, 1969, No.
918" is amended by recoving the Zone Dealgnatiomof RS-1 (One-Fanily
Residential) and RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) assigned to Lot 270,
Southeast Quarter Section 7. Township 40, Plan » New Weatninster
District and assigning the Zone Designation of P-) (Civte Institutional) to
the said property.

2. This By-law may be cited for ali purposes as the “City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-lav, 1973, No. 1285".
