Re: Proposed Land Exchange — Pooley-Taylor Area

On the reverse side of this memorandum is a draft copy of a "Public
Notice - Real Property for Sale by Tender" that we propose to issue and we
would ask that the Council express its approval of it or, alternatively,
advise of the changes that should be made therein.

Ie is required by the Municipal Act that this Notice be posted at the

city Hall and Justice Building and our usual practice is to allow a one-week

period for such posting. Advertising in a newspaper is not a Legal require-

ment and we would inquire whether c: not the Council nevertheless wish. te have it

so advertised .
