DRAFT RESOLUTION

WHEREAS certain works of Local Improvement have been constructed in an

the City and it is intended to impose a frontage~-tax upon the parcels of land
benefiting or abutting the works under authority of the following Local

Improvement Assessment By-Laws:

(a) “Edinburgh Street Pavement, Extruded Concrete Curb Local Improvement

Assessment By-law, 1972, No. 1153"; .

(by “Chilcott Avenue Pavenient Widening, Extruded Conerete Curb, and Storm Sewer

(c) "Kilmer Street Pavement Widening, Extruded Concrete Curb Local Improvement

Assessment, By-law, 1972, No. 1155"5

(d) "Kilmer Street Storm Sewer Local Improvement Assessment By~law, 1972, No. 1156";

(e) “Larkin Avenue Pavement, Extruded Concrete Curb, and storm Sewer Local
Improvement Assessment By-law, 1972, No. 1157";

(£) “Sefton Street Pavement, Extruded Concrete Curb, and Storm Sewer Local |
Improvement Assessment By-law, 1972, No. 1158";

(g) “Oughton Drive Pavement, Extruded Concrete Curb and Gutter, and Stora Sewers :

AND WHEREAS it is required that Frontage Tax Assessment Rolls be
" prepared by the Assessor and authenticated by the Court of Revision;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Assessor prepare Frontage Tax .

Assessment Rolls with respect to the above-noted Assessment By-laws;

AND THAT the first sitting of the Court of Revision to consider and
deal. with the said Frontage Tax Assessment Rolls be held at 10:30 a.m. on
Wednesday, March 29th, 1972, at the Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister

Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C., and from time to time thereafter as may be

convenient and necessary.
