: Operations visited were Fraser Lake, Bear Lake
* and B.C. Forest Products in Mackenzie. Visited
later were Burns Lake Planer, Pendelton Bay Saw-
- mills on Babine Lake, Houston Sawmills and Sam
. Goosely Logging Camp. These operations are
. Part of the Bulkley Valley Forest Industries group.
The Safety Directors reported they were well
pleased with the improved safety picture they found
on their visit and wish to compliment the various
crews for their fine safety attitude.

The Directors wish also to thank Mr. Tom
Cormack, Safety Inspector for the Bulkley Valley,
whose arrangements and co-operation made the
tour of his operation possible.
