A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlain was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy
Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, November 9th, 1992, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, MJ. Gordon, R.H. Talbot, M.A.
Thompson, and M.R. Wright were in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk S. Rauh, Deputy
Engineer J.E. Yip, Director of Planning C.R. Felip, and Director of Building Permits and
Inspections J. Shardlow.

That the minutes of the Reguiar Council meeting held on November 2nd, 1992 be taken as
read and adopted.

Carried.

That Bylaw No. 2729 be read a third time.

That the "Tax Sale Land Reserve Fund Property Purchase Expenditure Bylaw, 1997, No.
2731" be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.
