RECOMMENDATION:

That the following projects be approved for construction in 1990 utilizing
funding from the $200,600 allocated for this purpose from the Public Works
Special Capital Expenditure Reserve Fund:

1) Install side inlet CB's at 2106 ¢ 2111 Nova Scotia 7,006
2) Replace CB's with side inlet type Rita Place 2,330
3) Install swale to Baker Creek 2000 block Saskatchewan 390
4) Install side inlet CB at 1848 Eurexa 2,120
5) Install set back side inlet CB Eastern Dr at Pitt River Rd 2,000
6) Install storm sewer 1900 block Fraser Avenue 23,270
7) Replace Shaughnessy Underpass pumps 5,800
8) Install 100 metres storm sewer 1900 block Morgan 30,000
9) Install soak away pit 1800 block Salisbury 2,000
10) Install soak away pit in lane beside 3129 Hastings 2,000
il) Inatall lawn drain and lead at 2456 Glenwood 4,730
12) Install 120 metres storm sewer 1743 - 1767 Morgan 30,230

TOTAL $131,870

And further that the purchase of tools and equipment for Operations he
authorized with funding from the sources noted herein as follows:

Confined space entry safety equipment

Small electric generator for Sewer crew
Gas engine operated dewatering pump
