Freeman City Clerk Development Variance Permit 2650 Mary Hill Road RESOLUTION: That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his memorandum of December 24th, 1987 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be approved for Lot 24, D.L. 463, NWLD Plan 25839, relaxing the requirements of the Zoning Bylaw Section 905, CS=1 Commercial Zone, Sub Section (5) Side Yards, Clause (a) Flanking Streets from 3 metres to 0 metres, BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of January 4th, 1988 the owners and residents of property surrounding the subject property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of this Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting ofJanauary 18th, 1988. Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be considered by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the Development Variance Permit should be issued.
