A special meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Counci! Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hal! on Monday, December 30th, 1985, at 4:00 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M,. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D.
Gates (from 4:30 p.m.), Jed. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R.
Wright in attendance,

‘Also In attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk
R.A. Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng., City Treasurer J.
Maitland, and Parks & Recreation Director K.J. Taylor.
