Dear Sirs:

We respectfully present this application to
you for your consideration.

An alteration in our rate structure has
become necessary because of increased fuel, maintenance,
and insurance costs.

We request that effective November 1, 1984,
we be allowed to alter our flag rate from $1.00 to
$1.40. The kilometer rate and waiting time charge shall
remain the same at $.90 per kilometer and $14.00 per

‘hour.

Coquitlam Taxi and Bel-Air Taxi. —
