1. shall be the Returning Officer.

2. ‘Nominations will be held at the Counci! Chambers, Port Coquitiam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, 8.C. at the time
specified by the Statute; namely, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Monday,
October 31st, 1983.

3. In case a poll is required the same will be held during the time
specified by Statute; namely, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday,
November 19th, 1983; at the following places:

ae St. Catherine's Anglican Church Hall,
2251 McAllister Avenue;

Viscount Alexander Etementary School,
3250 Flint Street;

Mary Hill Elementary School,
1890 Humber Crescent;

Cedar Drive Elementary School,
3140 Cedar Drive;

Westwood Elementary School,
3610 Hastings Street;

Kiimer Elementary School,
1575 Knappen Street;

Birch!land Elementary School,
1331 Fraser Avenue;

h. Port Coquitiam Secondary School,

4, In case a poli as aforesaid is required, then a mobile poll shal}
be established at the piaces and during the times specified by the
"Mobile Poll Establishment Bylaw, 1975, No. 1396"; namely, at some
convenient location at the Senior Citizen's housing facility known as
"Dogwood Manor" tocated at 3155 Seymour Street, from 8:00 a.m. until
12:00 noon and. at some convenient location in Hawthorne Lodge, 2111
Hawthorne Avenue, from 1:00 pem. unti! 5:00 peme, on November 19th,

1983.

5. In case a poll as aforesaid is required, then an advanced pol!

‘willbe held at the place and during the time specified by the
"WAdvanced-Poll Bylaw, 1969, No. 956%; namely, at the Port Coquitiam
Branch of the Fraser Valley Regional Library, 2470 Mary Hill Road,
from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 9th, 1983; and from
10:00 a.m. until 2:00 peme. on Saturday, November 12th, 1983; and from
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday to Friday, inctusive, November 14th to
18th, 1983.

6. The power to appoint Deputy Returning Officers to preside at the
respective polling places is hereby delegated to the Returning Officer
appointed herein. —
