A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam NOV 22 1939
Building and Plumbing Code Administration meme
Bylaw, 1974, Noe 1298".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Section 1 of Appendix "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Building and
Plumbing Code Administration Bylaw, 1974, No. 1298" is amended by
relettering the present clause "c" as clause “d" and inserting the

following as clause "c": .

"(c) in addition to the fees provide in clause "a" hereof the amount of

$28.00 shall also be payable to assist in defraying the cost of each Fire
Department Key Lock Box required by the Fire Department of the City to be

installed."

This Bylaw may be cited for purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam
Building and Plumbing Code Administration Bylaw, 1974, No. 1298, Amendment
Bylaw, 1982, No. 1924". ;
